Ingredients:
1.5 oz. rum – Lime Liquor recommends Captain Morgan
1 oz. Bordiga Bitter Rosso amaro
0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
4 oz. chilled tonic water
Garnish: rosemary sprig
Recipe:
1. Fill a large snifter with ice, then add the rum, amaro, and lemon juice.
2. Top with the tonic water and stir briefly and gently to combine.
3. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
