Lime Liquor Refund Policy
At Lime Liquor customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Should you need to return a product for any reason, please contact us at [email protected]. Note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless a product is deemed defective. If you receive a product that is defective, please email us at [email protected]. Please provide a description of the product and the defect(s) and send us the product.
Once received we will inspect the product and email our decision on whether the product is eligible for a refund or replacement. If eligible, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price on the original method of payment.
Please note shipping and insurance charges for all product returns must be paid by the purchaser and it will be the purchaser’s responsibility if the product gets damaged or is lost during shipment.
Please also note that items that are older than 5 years and/over purchase price of $100 will not be refunded unless the producer agrees to replace the product. A 15% restocking fee may apply. We are also unable to refund or exchange a product that has been damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or a product that is ordered in error. For us to process returns on a timely basis, all returns must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.
