Ingredients:
2 lime wheels
1 1/2 ounces bourbon (such as Larceny)
1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce Grade B maple syrup
Club soda, chilled, to top.
How to:
Fill a highball glass with ice
Add the lime wheels.
Add the maple syrup, lime juice, and bourbon, and then top with club soda.
Stir briefly to combine.
