One of our favorite variations of the margarita is the Mexican Bulldog AKA the Frozen Coronita Margarita! This drink is delicious, easy to make, and features one of our party favorites, the Corona! Can you name which Calgary restaurant was famous for their Mexican Bulldogs?
INGREDIENTS
60 mL Tequila 2 oz
22.5 mL Triple Sec ¾ oz
37.5 mL Fresh Lime Juice 1¼ oz
Coronita or another Mexican Beer
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients except the beer into your blender
2. Blend with ice for 20-30 seconds or until smooth
3. Pour into a large glass (a Boston or pint glass works well)
4. Upturn your Mexican beer into the glass
5. Garnish with a lime wedge
