Description
Yanghe Distillery is located in Suqian, known as China’s capital of Baijiu (Chinese liquor). The group owns two historic brands, Yanghe and Shuangou, both with a history of at least 1,300 years. With a manufacturing base spanning over 10 square kilometers, they are one of the leading Baijiu enterprise groups in terms of production scale and technical expertise.
Blue Yanghe, first made during the Sui and Tang dynasties (AD 581) in China, was once presented as tribute to the royals. Following traditional craftsmanship, Yanghe Daqu, the fermented starter, uses only high-quality sorghum as a base and the finest wheat, barley, and peas as high-temperature fermenting agents. Since 1979, Yanghe Daqu has been recognized among China’s top-eight Baijiu, earning the distinction of being a national-level liquor.
Taste Note: Blue Yanghe liquor is characterized by its pure and transparent appearance, exuding a fragrant and robust scent. The taste is soft and smooth, offering a sweet and refreshing flavor.
As a prestigious Baijiu producer with a long history and a dedication to quality, Yanghe Distillery continues to uphold traditional craftsmanship to create high-quality and sought-after liquors for its consumers.
