Yanghe Distillery, situated in Suqian, China, known as the capital of Baijiu, owns two historic brands, Yanghe and Shuangou, each with a remarkable history of over 1,300 years. With a vast manufacturing base spanning more than 10 square kilometers, the distillery is a leading Baijiu enterprise, renowned for its production scale and technical prowess.
One of their exceptional products is M9, crafted in the core area of the Dream Blue production region. M9 follows a rigorous procedure from production to selection and storage. Approximately every 50 liters of high-quality original baijiu yield only 50 milliliters of M9. Each bottle of M9 is aged for a minimum of 20 years, stored in small pots for an impressive 8,000 days within a century-old underground cellar. The result is a liquor with a yellowish hue, characterized by a fragrant and potent aroma, a soft and smooth taste, and a delightful sweetness.
