The brewing process of Qing Hua Lang 20 YO combines traditional craftsmanship that dates back to the 19th century with modern brewing technology. This blend of tradition and innovation involves approximately 50 different procedures to create the desired flavor and character.
The baijiu is presented in a unique ceramic bottle, designed by the esteemed Master of Colorful Ceramics, Shanping LU. The bottle design underwent 105 procedures, ensuring its high-quality craftsmanship and maintaining the integrity of its distinct coloring materials. The selection of bottle color pays homage to the Chishui River, a renowned clean water source that runs through the Yunnan and Sichuan regions, which is considered the origin of the baijiu.
