Description
Following traditional vinification at controlled temperatures, the fermentation process is halted with brandy once the desired residual sweetness is achieved. Subsequently, the wine undergoes aging for 3 years in open vats, followed by an additional 3 years in barrels. From venerable old vines, Grey and White Grenache, along with Macabeu, produce late-harvest, sun-drenched grapes imbued with delicate aromas. This precious wine boasts a golden hue and is rich in flavors of candied citrus fruit, dried prunes, and roasted coffee notes.
