Description
The fruit for this wine originates from the Estate Skaha Bench Vineyard as well as vineyards located in Oliver, Osoyoos, and the Similkameen. Each parcel was meticulously hand-harvested and fermented separately. Following this, each lot underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged primarily in neutral oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months. After this aging process, the final blend was meticulously assembled. The wine offers a fresh and juicy character, enriched with depth and structure derived from Merlot aged in barrel for 14 months.
