“Cinco” derives its name from the Spanish word for “five,” reflecting its unique composition. This exceptional whisky is the result of blending barrels that previously matured five distinct styles of sherry: Oloroso, Fino, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado, and Palo Cortado.

Originally intended for an Advanced masterclass, the decision was made to experiment by combining select barrels, leading to the creation of Cinco. This innovative approach sets Cinco apart, offering a tasting experience unlike any other whisky.
