Crafted from 50 to 60 different crus, the cuvée draws inspiration from the traditional blend of Brut Yellow Label, consisting of 44 to 48% Pinot Noir, 13 to 18% Meunier, and 25 to 29% Chardonnay. Achieving the distinctive coppery hue and burst of red fruit aromas is a testament to the art of blending. The Cellar Master and his team meticulously select exceptional quality red wines and still wines from premier Champagne vineyards, ensuring each contributes to the expression of Veuve Clicquot Rosé style. The cuvée, enriched with 30 to 45% Reserve wines, maintains the signature Yellow Label blend: Pinot Noir dominance (50-55%) provides structural integrity, while Chardonnay (28-33%) imparts elegance and finesse, and a touch of Meunier (15-20%) rounds out the composition. The blend is further enhanced with 12% of still red wine derived from red grapes, intensifying its fruity profile. Extended aging in the Crayères for a minimum of three years (for Rosé) bestows a velvety smoothness upon the Champagne.
