Vallein Tercinier Hors d’Age is a masterful blend of eaux-de-vie from the prestigious Fine Champagne region, aged for at least 40 years. Crafted by the renowned Vallein Tercinier family, who have been perfecting their distillation craft since 1850, this cognac is a true testament to tradition and excellence.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Opulent aromas of dried apricots, candied orange peel, and fig compote, layered with warm spices like cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. Subtle hints of antique wood, leather, and beeswax add depth.

• Palate: Silky smooth texture with flavors of baked orchard fruits, crystallized honey, dark chocolate, walnut oil, fine tobacco, and well-integrated oak tannins.

• Finish: Exceptionally long and warming, with lingering notes of rancio, dried figs, and delicate spices that offer remarkable elegance.
