With a modest initial investment of $30,000 and a modest 17 tonnes of fruit, Two Hands embarked on its vinous journey in 2000. By 2004, the culmination of this dedication led to the establishment of a cutting-edge winery on the same site, purposefully designed for small-batch production. This facility empowered Two Hands to treat each parcel of fruit individually, from crushing to fermentation and oak aging, amplifying the expression of regional and varietal nuances while ensuring meticulous quality control.
