This sparkling pours a pale straw colour with a fine, lively bead. Aromas of crisp green apple, pear, and citrus leap from the glass, with soft floral undertones. On the palate, it's light, refreshing, and fruit-driven, offering notes of fresh pear and lemon zest, finishing with a clean and zesty edge.

Winemaking:
Sourced from premium vineyards along the Victoria–South Australia border, the grapes are harvested in the cool of the morning to preserve their natural acidity and freshness. Fermented in stainless steel, the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in tank to deliver its gentle sparkle and vibrant character.
