Simic Williams Pear Brandy

Šimić Williams Pear Brandy is a traditional Croatian fruit brandy made from carefully selected, fully ripe Williams pears from the distillery’s own orchards. Produced by Destilerija Šimić using controlled fermentation and careful distillation, it preserves the natural fruit character and distinctive aroma of the Williams pear. The spirit offers expressive ripe pear aromas with delicate floral notes, followed by a clean, fruity, smooth, and harmonious palate. Its balanced finish makes it an authentic expression of Croatian pear rakija, also known as Viljamovka.

This elegant pear brandy is best enjoyed lightly chilled at 8–10°C, preferably in a tulip-shaped glass to bring out its delicate aromas and natural fruit character.
