Sourced from the King Family and Hidden Terrace Vineyards, this wine shines with a clear and luminous straw yellow color. Its fresh and pristine aromas unveil hints of melon, pear, and subtle spices. Medium-bodied, this Pinot Gris offers a slightly luxurious mouthfeel, balanced by a refreshing splash of acidity on the finish. Delightful flavors of pear, melon, red apple, peach, and a touch of spice envelop the palate, lingering gracefully. It pairs elegantly with a variety of dishes including leek and mushroom quiche, sautéed scallops, crab cakes with mayo dipping sauce, coconut shrimp, poached salmon, pork tenderloin with pine-nut mushroom stuffing, pork tenderloin in a cream sauce, roast chicken or turkey, butternut squash soup with toasted almonds, potato fish cakes, and Beemster Graskaas Gouda.
