Penelope Wheated Bourbon 95 Proof is a smooth and approachable four-grain straight bourbon that balances rich sweetness with gentle spice. Its wheated mash bill of 74% corn, 16% wheat, 7% rye, and 3% malted barley creates a softer, rounded character while retaining enough rye to add structure and warmth. Aged for 4–6 years and bottled non-chill filtered, it opens with light oak, sweet corn, apple, and pear before developing layers of vanilla, honey, caramel apple, and orange zest.

The palate carries a creamy combination of vanilla, honey, and caramelized apple, followed by a lingering finish of brown sugar, toasted oak, and gentle cinnamon spice. At 95 proof, it offers enough richness and depth for bourbon enthusiasts while remaining versatile for everyday sipping. Enjoy it neat or over ice, or use it in an Old Fashioned and other bourbon-forward cocktails. Whether you are adding a dependable wheated bourbon to your home bar, looking for a thoughtful gift, or expanding a whiskey collection, Penelope Wheated delivers an inviting balance of sweetness, oak, and spice.
