Larceny Bourbon Barrel Proof is a bold Kentucky Straight Bourbon that showcases Larceny’s signature wheated bourbon mash bill in its purest form. Made with 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley, it is non-chill filtered and bottled straight from the barrel at full barrel proof, preserving the rich character developed during years of maturation in Kentucky. The nose brings toasted bread, maple, and cinnamon, while the palate delivers rich molasses, dried fig, and toasted hazelnut. A long, warming finish leaves lingering sweetness, oak, and spice.

Each Larceny Barrel Proof release has its own batch number and proof, with the bourbon aged approximately 6–8 years before bottling. The expression is particularly rewarding when enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water, allowing its concentrated layers of caramelized sweetness, dried fruit, nuts, and baking spice to unfold.
