Elijah Craig Toasted Rye is a Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey that takes the distinctive spice of Elijah Craig Straight Rye and adds another layer of sweet oak complexity through finishing in a second, custom-toasted new oak barrel. Made with a 51% rye mash bill alongside corn and malted barley, it develops a rich and expressive character while retaining the bold spice of traditional American rye whiskey. The nose combines toasted oak and crème brûlée with almond and hazelnut, while the palate brings creamy milk chocolate and subtle baking spices. A softly warming finish carries long-lasting spice and gentle oak.

This full-flavoured rye is excellent enjoyed neat, over a large ice cube, or as the foundation for classic whiskey cocktails such as an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or Sazerac.
