Each batch carries its own proof and age statement, allowing the natural character of the bourbon and its barrel maturation to shine through. The bourbon offers a deep amber appearance with aromas of caramel, toasted oak, apple, and orange, followed by a rich palate of vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, black pepper, and cinnamon.
