Cinco Sentidos Tobala San Martinero 750mL is a rare, small-batch mezcal that captures the essence of artisanal production from the highlands of Oaxaca. Distilled by maestro mezcalero Alberto Martinez in Santa Catarina Albarradas, this expression showcases the wild-harvested Tobala agave (Agave potatorum), grown at elevations of over 7,500 feet.

Crafted using time-honored methods, the piñas are slow-roasted for six days in an underground pit oven fueled by encino oak. After roasting, the agave is hand-crushed with wooden mallets and naturally fermented in stone tanks with spring water and encino de agua bark, lending it a distinctive depth. The spirit is double-distilled in traditional clay pot stills, resulting in a mezcal that beautifully reflects the terroir and heritage of its origin.
