Production Method:

• Made from wild-harvested Tobalá agave (Agave Potatorum), aged about 14 years.

• Agave hearts are roasted in an underground pit oven lined with volcanic rock and oak wood, giving it a distinctive smoky flavor.

• The roasted agave is hand-crushed with axes and wooden mallets to preserve its natural qualities.

• Fermented in stone tanks with oak bark ("encino de agua") to stabilize fermentation during cool nights.

• Double distilled in small clay pot stills, enhancing its earthy and mineral characteristics.

• Nose: Aromas of stone fruit, citrus zest, and fresh herbs.

• Palate: A balanced mix of brown sugar, grape soda, tropical fruits, cinnamon, menthol, and earthiness.
