Cinco Sentidos Cuishe 750mL is a handcrafted artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, created by master mezcalero Eleuterio Pérez Ramos (“Tío Tello”) with over 50 years of expertise. Distilled in the El Nanche region of Miahuatlán, this mezcal highlights the unique flavors of wild Cuishe agave.

Production:
The mature Cuishe agave hearts are slow-roasted over mesquite wood for several days, imparting a subtle smoky character. After roasting, the agave is hand-chopped and mashed in traditional wooden troughs. The mash ferments naturally in cypress tanks, then undergoes double distillation in copper alembics for purity and balance.

• Aroma: Roasted corn husk, citrus zest, and a hint of red chile.

• Flavor: Mandarin orange, tamarind, stone fruit, chalk, and spearmint create a layered and refreshing palate.
