Crafted in Portland, Oregon, Bull Run Distillery's Regnig Dag Aquavit is a modern American expression of a traditional Scandinavian spirit. This small-batch aquavit begins with a base of Bull Run’s award-winning vodka, infused with a carefully curated blend of botanicals including caraway, star anise, and coriander.
Aged in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels, it gains a subtle golden hue and layered complexity that sets it apart from other aquavits. The nose offers warm spice and earthy sweetness, while the palate delivers mellow black licorice, caraway, and citrusy notes with a smooth, dry finish.
"Regnig Dag" means "Rainy Day" in Swedish — a nod to its comforting, contemplative character. Whether sipped neat, served chilled, or used as a creative twist in cocktails, this aquavit is perfect for adventurous spirits lovers seeking something distinctive.
