This small-batch release marries whiskies from celebrated distilleries — including Ardbeg, Bowmore, Caol Ila, and the long-closed Port Ellen — all matured for at least 12 years. Expect a punchy burst of peat smoke balanced beautifully with notes of sea salt, smoked meats, earthy spices, and a hint of sweet malt. Bottled without colouring or chill-filtration, Big Peat 12 Years Old delivers an authentic Islay experience that’s as rugged and charismatic as the fisherman on its label.
