Craftsmanship Produced by Barsol, a distinguished artisanal distillery in Peru, this pisco is crafted using traditional pot still distillation methods. The Italia grapes undergo full fermentation before being distilled in small batches at Bodega San Isidro, a century-old distillery. No additives, flavorings, or aging processes are employed, ensuring a pure and authentic spirit.
